Harbin Ice and Snow World, established in 1999, was created by the Harbin Municipal Government to celebrate the Millennium with a spectacular ice and snow art project. With Harbin’s natural ice and snow resources as its backbone, this grand winter attraction draws over a million visitors annually.

The park has since earned numerous accolades, including the Influential Ice and Snow Tourism Destination Award, Most Loved Winter Scenic Area by Youth, Top 100 Tourism Industry Enterprises in China, Top 10 Cultural Brands of Heilongjiang Province, and the First Heilongjiang Provincial Government Quality Award. • The 26th Harbin Ice and Snow World officially concluded on the night of February 26, 2025, but the four-season ice and snow projects will continue with new joy starting from February 27, 2025. The listed hours apply to the year-round ice and snow attractions.

• Children: Free entry for children aged 6 and below or those with a height of 1.2 meters and under (with an accompanying adult).
• Minors: Discount for children between 6-18 years old or those taller than 1.2 meters.
• Seniors: Free entry for seniors aged 65 and above, but it’s recommended to have an accompanying adult.
