A maze-like palace complex, Dingling is the first royal tomb in China to be excavated on a planned basis, giving you a fascinating glimpse into history. After visiting the Ming Tombs, we will head to the Jade Carving Factory for a 45-minute tour. This local specialty jade carving factory showcases exquisite craftsmanship, perfectly integrating Chinese traditions and culture into each piece of jade. This is a great opportunity to learn about the exquisite skills of jade carving and perhaps purchase a unique souvenir. Badaling’s highest point is 800 meters above sea level, and with a cable car ride offering breathtaking panoramic views, it is a great vantage point to capture the beauty of the Great Wall.
