This tour offers the perfect balance for families. Kids can enjoy the excitement of the amusement park and learn about the city’s history, while parents can enjoy a leisurely city tour. Travel Itinerary
Your private guide will be waiting for you at the airport/train station arrival area. An experienced driver will drive you directly to your hotel in a comfortable vehicle (non-smoking). Your guide will help you check in.
Your family will explore the city, learn about old and new Shanghai, and experience real Shanghai life.
Start the day with a relaxing morning in Zhujiajiao Water Village. Follow your guide to walk over small bridges, visit traditional Chinese gardens, and sit on a rowboat to admire the Venice of Shanghai.
In the afternoon, follow your guide to visit the Bund, visit historical buildings, touch old objects, and learn about the historical development of Shanghai.
Then ascend the Shanghai Tower, the world’s second tallest building. The elevators take visitors to the observation deck at a speed of 73.8 kilometers per hour (46 miles per hour), which is the fastest elevator in the world – your children will love this experience.
This day is a day for the whole family! We know that people don’t like time constraints in Shanghai Disneyland. To ensure the best experience, we do not arrange private transfers on this day. You can have fun at Shanghai Disneyland from morning till night.
Your private guide will help you book a taxi in advance. If you prefer, you can also try to take the subway or bus, as public transportation is very convenient.
Before leaving Shanghai, you will have half a day to explore some of the city’s hidden treasures. Just share your interests with your guide, whether it’s shopping or hands-on craftsmanship, he/she will take you to experience unexpected fun.
After lunch, your private guide and driver will send you to the airport or train station for departure.

- Any city not included in the existing tour package can be added to this tour and taken as an addition to this Private tour.
- Entering and exiting China from Hong Kong and Taipei are also available.
- Stays at entering and exiting cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei) can be extended.
Important information – SMALL GROUP TOUR
- This is a small group tour with a fixed itinerary and guaranteed departures.
You will travel with other people (maximum of 12). - Smart casual dress and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
- The tour guide may adjust the itinerary due to closure of the museums each Monday.
- At the conclusion of the tour, a transfer from your hotel to Hongqiao or Pudong Airport in Shanghai is available upon request at a surcharge.
- Stays at entering and exiting cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei) can be extended.
