There are many well-known attractions in the city, such as Kuanzhai Alley, Wuhou Temple, Du Fu Thatched Cottage, etc., which show the long history and unique cultural charm of Chengdu. In addition, Chengdu is known as the “Land of Abundance” and is famous for its food culture, especially the famous Sichuan cuisine and hot pot.

Travel Itinerary
When you arrive in Chengdu, your private driver and guide will prepare for you. Enjoy a hassle-free pick-up service and drop you off at your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore Chengdu.

Visit the Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center to see giant pandas resting or playing in the bamboo forest. Enjoy lunch at a Chinese restaurant with Sichuan cuisine.
Discover People’s Park, a spiritual haven for city dwellers to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Have a cup of tea at a local teahouse. Stroll along Jinli Ancient Street and taste the famous local snacks.

Upon arrival at Jiuzhai Huanglong Railway Station, our local Jiuzhaigou guide and driver will greet you and then transfer you to Huanglong Scenic Area.
To save your energy and time, we will arrange a cable car for you to reach the top of the mountain. Then walk down the mountain, following the water wonders of the valley and enjoy the surrounding beauty.
After about 3-4 hours of sightseeing in the valley, you will leave the park and enjoy a local lunch outdoors. At the end of the tour, your guide will accompany you to your hotel in Jiuzhaigou.

To avoid crowds, take a sightseeing bus directly from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou to the top of Zechawa Valley to start a sightseeing hike. You can visit Changhai Lake and Wucai Lake by walking on the plank road.
Lunch will be arranged at Nuorilang Restaurant, the only restaurant in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area.
After lunch, visit the most representative attraction of Jiuzhaigou, Nuorilang Waterfall. Then hike down the mountain through Shuzheng Valley to Luwei Lake. You can enjoy beautiful natural scenery and traditional Tibetan villages along the way.

You will have a day to visit the most beautiful valley in Jiuzhaigou, Rize Valley.
After breakfast, take a sightseeing bus to the top of Rize Valley and start a leisurely and scenic hike. It is about 18 kilometers (11 miles, including stopovers for photos, about 5 hours) from Rize Valley to Nuorilang Waterfall. You can go down the mountain at your own pace and stop to take pictures wherever you want. Your guide will know the best spots.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area.

After breakfast, take a 2-hour bus ride from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong Jiuzhai Railway Station. Your private tour guide will help you check-in for the next stop.

Tour 'Wow' Points
Spend a morning with cute pandas：
If you like animals, don’t miss the Panda Base. It’s best to go early in the morning to see the pandas eating around 9:30 am, which is their most active time of the day.
Be a Chengdu person for half a day：
Walk leisurely in Jinli Ancient Street, admire traditional-style buildings, and taste a variety of local snacks. Enjoy a cup of tea in People’s Park.
Stroll leisurely in Jiuzhaigou and explore Jiuzhaigou in depth：
We deliberately arranged two days in Jiuzhaigou so that you can explore further at your own pace, while most tourists will only stay there for one day and just browse the popular attractions.
Stroll along the streams, waterfalls and limestone landscapes in Huanglong Scenic Area：
Take the cable car to the top of Huanglong Valley, then hike down the mountain to see the beautiful travertine lake terraces up close.

- At the conclusion of the tour, a transfer from your hotel to Hongqiao or Pudong Airport in Shanghai is available upon request at a surcharge.
