In addition, Chengdu is known as the “Land of Abundance” and is famous for its food culture, especially the famous Sichuan cuisine and hot pot.

Travel Itinerary
Your guide will be waiting at the airport arrival hall with a name card and a warm smile. You will be taken to the hotel by private car and driver, and your guide will help you check in and make sure everything goes smoothly at the hotel.

In the morning, you will visit the Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center, which is about 10 kilometers (6 miles) north of Chengdu. There, you will see giant pandas resting or playing in the bamboo forest. The Giant Panda Museum will let you learn more about this cute black and white animal.
In the afternoon, you will visit the attractions in downtown Chengdu. People’s Park is a spiritual harbor for citizens in the bustling city. Drinking a cup of tea in a teahouse is a traditional custom in Chengdu.

In the morning, take a two-hour drive to Leshan City. After a short rest and lunch, start to visit the Giant Buddha.
Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1992, the Leshan Giant Buddha is 71 meters high and is the largest cliff inscription in the world. In addition to climbing the Giant Buddha and enjoying the small-sized Buddha view, you can also take a boat tour to admire the huge inscription.
Leisurely explore the streets to eat delicious food such as glutinous rice crust, siomai, crispy Leshan beef burgers, crispy roast duck and tofu pudding.

You will spend a full day exploring Mount Emei, another UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the four famous Buddhist mountains in China. Take a public sightseeing bus and cable car to the top of the mountain. Enjoy the surrounding scenery and the beautiful golden Buddha statue.

Your private tour guide and driver from Chengdu will accompany you to the railway station this morning. You will take the high-speed train to Jiuzhaigou. We will pick you up at the restaurant for lunch. After lunch, start your tour of Huanglong.
Huanglong Scenic Area is the best-preserved plateau wetland in China and is adjacent to Jiuzhaigou. Its four highlights are the Five-Colored Pools, snow-capped mountains, verdant forests and tranquil valleys. The cable car up the mountain is included to save you time and energy. You can walk through the scenic area and enjoy the scenery at your leisure.
After the tour, your guide and driver will escort you to your hotel near Jiuzhaigou.

After breakfast at the hotel, your guide will accompany you to tour the area by public bus.
You will enjoy the picturesque natural scenery, clear mountain lakes, cascading waterfalls, colorful forests, white snow, Tibetan customs and blue ice and snow. Get your camera ready. There are various restaurants in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and your guide will recommend suitable places for you to eat. Or, if you prefer, we can arrange a picnic lunch for you.
Tips for visiting Jiuzhaigou:
Go early: The scenic area opens at 7 am. Arriving at the park as early as possible will not only give you more time to play there, but also avoid the crowds of tour groups.

Take the high-speed rail back to Chengdu in the morning. Then you can go to the airport to take a flight back home or to your next destination in China.
