Visit Huangshi Village Scenic Area (round-trip cableway included), renowned as “If you don’t visit Huangshi Village, your trip to Zhangjiajie is in vain.” The area amazes every five steps, stuns every seven, and leaves you speechless beyond ten. Famous spots include Star-Picking Platform, Five-Finger Peak, and Six Wonders Pavilion.
  • In the afternoon, explore Tianzi Mountain Nature Reserve (one-way cableway included), located in the northern part of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, adjacent to Suoxiyu Scenic Area. Baofeng Lake Cruise

Warm Tips

  1. Bring valid ID originals: 16+ need second-generation ID; under 16 need household register (group air tickets are non-transferable, non-changeable, non-refundable; only airport tax refunded if canceled).
  2. Minors under 20 and seniors over 70 require a full-time guardian; pre-notify health conditions—guests bear responsibility for personal accidents due to undisclosed issues. Safeguard your belongings!
  3. Itinerary adjustments due to unavoidable factors (natural disasters, traffic, government actions) will be made to ensure smooth travel; extra costs from changes are borne by travelers.
  4. Zhangjiajie hotels offer timed hot water and AC. Check room items upon arrival and report damages to the guide or staff. Per Hunan regulations, disposable toiletries aren’t provided—bring your own.
  5. Itinerary may be rearranged without reducing attractions. Child rates (12 and under) exclude beds and tickets.
  6. Mid-tour departures are considered breaches of contract—no refunds for unused services; the agency isn’t liable for accidents during unauthorized exits.
  7. Scattered groups may experience short waits due to varying arrivals; extra costs from delays are self-borne.
  8. Check local weather—Zhangjiajie’s mountainous climate has large day-night temperature swings. Bring warm clothing, sun protection, rain gear, and essentials (cold/胃药, insect repellent, etc.). Respect local ethnic customs.
  9. As a mountainous area with long drives, get a pre-trip health check. Those with heart disease, hypertension, asthma, epilepsy, mental illness, diabetes, infectious diseases, anemia, pregnancy, or mobility issues should not join. Concealed conditions leading to incidents are the guest’s responsibility. Seniors over 70 need a safety agreement, recent health certificate from a top-tier hospital, family consent, and waiver; pregnant women and those over 75 are declined for safety.
  10. Key Note: Complaints are based on the locally completed Tourist Feedback Form—fill it out truthfully. False/no submissions void subsequent disputes. Raise service issues locally via the quality hotline or file them there—unreported issues won’t be handled later.
  11. Flammable/explosive items are prohibited on public transport or with the group!
