Located in the Xinbei District of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, the China Dinosaur Park Tourist Resort is a large-scale, comprehensive tourism destination centered on dinosaur culture. Its core attraction, the China Dinosaur Park, is a key component of the "Global Dinosaur City"—a national 5A-rated tourist attraction—and integrates science education, amusement, live entertainment, lodging, and shopping. It is often referred to as the "Jurassic Park of the East." Since its opening in 2000, the resort has evolved from a single theme park into a multifaceted tourism destination that includes the Jurassic Water World and the Dino Water Town. On November 8, 2021, it was selected as a pilot site for a national tourism-technology demonstration park, and it has also participated in the formulation of the national standard for "Service Specifications for Theme Parks."
