Frequently asked questions by parents

What is the minimum age for your family tours?
We welcome children aged 4 and above. For younger siblings (under 4), we can arrange private tours or recommend specific itineraries with shorter days. Car seats and cribs are available upon request.
Are your tours safe for children with allergies?
Absolutely. We collect all dietary and medical needs before departure. Our guides carry epinephrine auto-injectors (where legally permitted) and know the location of nearby hospitals. We avoid high-risk foods.
What if my child gets sick during the tour?
Our guides have a list of English-speaking pediatric clinics in each city. We will accompany you to the doctor and handle all communication. Travel insurance with medical coverage is mandatory, and we can recommend a policy.
Can we bring a stroller?
Yes. Most attractions are stroller-friendly (Great Wall cable car sections, Forbidden City, etc.). For sites with stairs, our guides will help carry the stroller or suggest baby carriers.
Do you offer discounts for children?
Yes, children under 12 receive a 20-30% discount depending on the tour, and children under 4 travel free (no extra bed/activities). Single parent families also welcome – no single supplement for children sharing with parent.
