A famous tourist destination in eastern China, Huangshan is close to metropolises such as Hangzhou and Shanghai. It is a perfect blend of natural scenery, local culture, and historical sites, making it a great place for a spring outing!
Come and visit the charming mountain! Immerse yourself in a sea of fresh nature, admire the sea of flowers (until mid-April) and magnificent mountains, and appreciate the ancient villages and rich local culture and architecture from a different perspective. You will definitely be impressed!
Travel Itinerary
Free time to explore after being picked up at the train station/airport.
We will take you to Huangshan, where you can take a cable car to the top. In the afternoon you can hike and enjoy the beautiful sunset.
Meals: Breakfast and Lunch
Witness the famous sunrise (if you get up early enough), take a cable car down the mountain, and experience a paramotor flight (depending on weather conditions; optional).

Explore the artistic village utopia: experience lantern making in Hongcun while enjoying the iconic scenery of Bishan.

We will drop you off at the station/airport as you savor your escape to Huangshan.

The fields around the Huangshan Ancient Village turn into a sea of yellow rapeseed flowers every spring. Take a stroll or bike tour of the village to feel the fresh air of nature and admire the best-preserved Hui-style architecture. You will definitely not lack for great Instagram photos! In addition to the external beauty, you will also hear the story of the “Bishan Village Utopia Project”. There is so much to explore here!
Immerse yourself in Chinese culture and learn to make fish-shaped lanterns with experienced local craftsmen：
The fish-shaped lantern is an intangible cultural heritage with a history of 600 years, and Hongcun is listed as a World Cultural Heritage. You will have the opportunity to experience making fish-shaped lanterns and watch performances of this ancient local art. Enjoy the culture and take your creations home!

- Any city not included in the existing tour package can be added to this tour and taken as an addition to this Private tour.
- Entering and exiting China from Hong Kong and Taipei are also available.
- Stays at entering and exiting cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei) can be extended.
Important information – SMALL GROUP TOUR
- This is a small group tour with a fixed itinerary and guaranteed departures.
You will travel with other people (maximum of 12). - Smart casual dress and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
- The tour guide may adjust the itinerary due to closure of the museums each Monday.
- At the conclusion of the tour, a transfer from your hotel to Hongqiao or Pudong Airport in Shanghai is available upon request at a surcharge.
- Stays at entering and exiting cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei) can be extended.
