Every year during the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival, the Chinese Ice City transforms into a fairytale wonderland of ice and snow. You can admire the exquisite ice and snow sculptures made by artists from China and around the world, and enjoy a short ski tour at the best Jihua Ski Resort near Harbin city.
Travel Itinerary
When you step out of the airport arrival hall, your guide will be waiting for you with a name tag and a warm smile. Transfer to your hotel by private car and driver and check in.
Meet your guide in the hotel lobby to start today’s tour. Ride a caged bus through the Siberian Tiger Park, where about 100 purebred Siberian tigers roam freely. Ligers (the result of breeding lions and tigers), cougars, lions, and leopards are all kept in cages. You can buy meat or live poultry to feed the animals for an additional fee.
Stroll leisurely along Central Avenue, Harbin’s “architectural art gallery”, lined with Western-style buildings built in 1900. It is also a good place for shopping and dining.
Lunch is arranged at the most popular brand dumpling restaurant – Oriental Dumpling King, you will enjoy a feast of dumplings with different flavors, pork, beef, shrimp, vegetables…
The north bank of the Songhua River is the two main venues of the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival – Sun Island Scenic Area and Ice and Snow World. Artists from China and all over the world have made thousands of ice and snow sculptures, and in some places you can still see artists creating their dreams.
A day trip to Jihua Ski Resort, about an hour and a half drive from the center of Harbin. With 8 ski slopes and a well-equipped equipment center, it is suitable for beginners and intermediate skiers. Today’s itinerary includes pick-up and ski resort tickets, and other expenses such as ski and rental fees are at your own expense. After skiing, you will be sent back to the hotel.
Your vacation is coming to an end, your driver and guide will meet you at your hotel and send you to the airport. They will assist you with your luggage and check-in, ensuring that you leave easily and hassle-free. We believe you will enjoy your trip to Harbin and look forward to serving you again.

- Entering and exiting China from Hong Kong and Taipei are also available.
- Stays at entering and exiting cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei) can be extended.

- This is a small group tour with a fixed itinerary and guaranteed departures.
You will travel with other people (maximum of 12). - Smart casual dress and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
- The tour guide may adjust the itinerary due to closure of the museums each Monday.
- At the conclusion of the tour, a transfer from your hotel to Hongqiao or Pudong Airport in Shanghai is available upon request at a surcharge.
- Stays at entering and exiting cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei) can be extended.
