There are many well-known attractions in the city, such as Kuanzhai Alley, Wuhou Temple, Du Fu Thatched Cottage, etc., which show the long history and unique cultural charm of Chengdu. In addition, Chengdu is known as the “Land of Abundance” and is famous for its food culture, especially the famous Sichuan cuisine and hot pot.

Travel Itinerary
Your private guide and comfortable vehicle will be waiting for you on time at the airport. Leave your luggage at the hotel and embark on your exciting journey to Chengdu!
Visit the Panda Breeding and Research Center to see the adorable giant pandas. Don’t miss the Panda Kindergarten, where you can see the furry panda cubs and enrich your knowledge at the Panda Museum.
Visit the historic Chengdu People’s Park to experience Chengdu’s laid-back lifestyle. Observe leisure activities such as playing mahjong and square dancing. Visit the matchmaking market where elders post marriage ads for their children. Enjoy a cup of gaiwan tea at the oldest teahouse in Chengdu, chat with locals, or try ear cleaning services.
Finally, visit Jinli Pedestrian Street to taste Chengdu’s unique snacks.

From Chengdu, it takes two hours to drive to the Leshan Giant Buddha, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can take a boat ride to enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Giant Buddha. If you like hiking, you can climb to the top of the mountain to see each part of the Giant Buddha up close. Along the way, you will see many Buddhist sculptures and temples.
Leshan is also famous for its local cuisine, so we have arranged a wonderful food experience for you. At the end of the day, your driver will take you back to your hotel in Chengdu.

- Entering and exiting China from Hong Kong and Taipei are also available.
- Stays at entering and exiting cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei) can be extended.

- This is a small group tour with a fixed itinerary and guaranteed departures.
You will travel with other people (maximum of 12). - Smart casual dress and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
- The tour guide may adjust the itinerary due to closure of the museums each Monday.
- At the conclusion of the tour, a transfer from your hotel to Hongqiao or Pudong Airport in Shanghai is available upon request at a surcharge.
- Stays at entering and exiting cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei) can be extended.
