This Zhangjiajie Day Tour is designed for visitors who only have one day to explore the huge national forest park – the smart way.
Travel Itinerary
Check in at the entrance at around 9am. Your guide will accompany you by shuttle bus to Tianzi Mountain Cable Car Station. After 6 minutes in the air, step into the picturesque Tianzi Mountain area.
If you travel during the peak season, your guide may arrange the tour in reverse order to avoid the peak of tourists.
After visiting Tianzi Mountain, take a 1-hour shuttle bus to Yuanjiajie where Hallelujah Mountain is located. The producers of Avatar 2 used this place in March 2019 as a filming location for the upcoming movie to be released in 2022. Explore at your own pace. You will find more interesting mountains, such as natural stone bridges.
Then take the Bailong Elevator down the mountain and take the shuttle bus to the entrance. End the day’s tour at around 4pm.

- Entering and exiting China from Hong Kong and Taipei are also available.
- Stays at entering and exiting cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei) can be extended.
Important information – SMALL GROUP TOUR
- This is a small group tour with a fixed itinerary and guaranteed departures.
You will travel with other people (maximum of 12). - Smart casual dress and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
- The tour guide may adjust the itinerary due to closure of the museums each Monday.
- At the conclusion of the tour, a transfer from your hotel to Hongqiao or Pudong Airport in Shanghai is available upon request at a surcharge.
- Stays at entering and exiting cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei) can be extended.
