I was nervous about booking an international tour from my home in France, but our consultant Lynn from HelloChinaTrip answered every single one of my questions promptly before we even left. The round-trip bullet train was so comfortable, with plenty of space for our hiking gear, and we never had to deal with the hassle of queuing for tickets because everything was arranged in advance. Waking up early to see the sea of clouds over Yellow Mountain took my breath away, and walking through Xidi and Hongcun gave us such a lovely look at traditional Chinese village life. This was easily the best organized tour I've ever joined, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

I'd dreamed of visiting Yellow Mountain for over a decade, and this tour made that dream come true without any of the hassle of planning every detail myself. Starting from Beijing, the bullet train got us to Huangshan relaxed and ready to explore, with none of the long security waits and delays that come with air travel. After two days taking in the incredible mountain scenery, stopping at Xidi and Hongcun on the return trip was the perfect way to wind down our 5-day adventure. All logistics were handled flawlessly, and I left feeling like I got to experience the very best of this beautiful part of China.

The overall organization of the tour was really seamless, from pre-booked bullet train tickets to clear guidance at every stop. Huangshan's jagged peaks and twisted pine trees are even more beautiful than any photo can capture, and Xidi's historic wooden homes felt like stepping right back into ancient China. My only issue is that we visited during a popular spring holiday weekend, so the hiking trails were much more wonderful than I expected, which slowed our exploring pace a bit. Overall it was still a wonderful, memorable trip.

I traveled on this tour with my two teen kids, and every single one of us had a great time from start to finish. The high-speed bullet train was fast and stress-free, and our local guide knew all the best quiet spots to get iconic photos on Yellow Mountain. We loved browsing the small art galleries and tea houses in both Xidi and Hongcun during our free time.

The round-trip bullet train ride from Beijing was smooth and comfortable, way more relaxing than flying for this route. Hiking Yellow Mountain gave me the most stunning sunrise views I've ever seen, and the ancient UNESCO villages of Xidi and Hongcun were such a peaceful, charming contrast to the dramatic mountain scenery. I'd absolutely book this tour again.
