この7日間の旅は、湖畔の大理にリラックスして到着することから始まります。ここで白族文化に浸り、エルハイ湖のターコイズブルーの岸辺をクルーズした後、霧に包まれたチベットの影響を受けた高地シャングリラへと北上します。そこから、世界有名な虎跳峡の劇的な渓谷を、穏やかな川沿いのハイキングで探検します。その後、雪を頂いた玉龍雪山の麓にある魅力的な納西族の都市、麗江で冒険を終えます。このルートは、ゆったりとした文化探訪、穏やかなアクティビティ、絵葉書のような景色のバランスが取れており、慌ただしいスケジュールや過酷な地形なしに、雲南の最高の部分を体験できるように設計されています。
雲南の冒険が今日始まります！ご自身のペースで大理に到着し、宿泊施設にチェックイン。残りの時間は自由に過ごし、近隣の通りを散策したり、屋台の軽食を試したり、今後の探検に備えて休息を取ったりできます。
美味しい朝食🍽️をいただいて一日をスタート。その後、大理で最も魅力的な周辺の町を探検に出かけます。最初の目的地は喜洲鎮。伝統的な白族の三品茶の儀式を体験し、香り高い特製茶を味わいながら地元の茶文化を学びます。次に、周城にある家族経営の染め物体験工房を訪れ、伝統的な技法を学び、自分だけの染め物体験のお土産を作ります。その後、環境に優しいカートに乗ってエルハイ湖の岸辺をのんびりと巡り、湖と遠くの山々の絵葉書のような景色を楽しみます。最後に、大理古鎮の石畳の路地を散策して一日を終えます。大理で宿泊🏨。
朝食🍽️をいただいた後、大理から高地のワンダーランド、シャングリラへの風光明媚な旅に出発します。途中、普達措国家公園に立ち寄り、手つかずの原生林と透き通った高山湖を散策します。シャングリラに到着したら、チベットの古都、独克宗古城を探検し、亀山公園に登って巨大な大経輪を見学します。これは世界で最も大きな実用的な経輪の一つです。また、シャングリラの街全体のパノラマビューを一望できます。その後、宿泊先にチェックイン🏨。
朝食🍽️をいただいて一日を開始。まず、見事な松賛林寺を訪れます。これは「小さなポタラ宮」とも呼ばれる、劇的な丘の中腹に広がる神聖なチベット仏教寺院群です。寺院の境内を探検した後、雲南で最も有名な自然の驚異の一つ、虎跳峡へ向かいます。渓谷の上部を探検し、その後、金沙川の岸辺に沿って続く石の遊歩道を穏やかに歩きます。周囲の劇的な狭い渓谷の壁の比類のない景色を楽しめます。渓谷近くで宿泊🏨。
朝食🍽️をいただいて一日を開始。その後、今日の穏やかなライトハイキングのために靴ひもを締めます。ティナズゲストハウスから出発し、整備されたトレイルをハーフウェイゲストハウスまでハイキングします。はるか下の金沙川とそびえ立つ渓谷の崖の息を呑むような景色が、一歩一歩に広がります。この低強度のルートには、写真撮影や休憩に最適なスポットがたくさんあり、カジュアルなウォーカーに最適です。ハイキング終了後、雲南で愛される古代納西族の都市、麗江へ移動し、チェックインして夜を過ごします🏨。
朝食🍽️をいただいた後、麗江で最も象徴的な自然の名所、玉龍雪山景区を一日かけて探検します。まず、甘海子草原の広々とした草地に立ち寄り、雪を頂いた山頂がそびえ立つ遮るもののない景色を楽しみます。次に、観光バスに乗って、見事な藍月谷とターコイズブルーの白水河の岸辺を巡ります。透き通った水と劇的な山々の背景を鑑賞します。一日の締めくくりとして、リフトで氷河公園まで上がり、古代の氷河を間近に見て、広大なパノラマの山々の景色を楽しみます。麗江で宿泊🏨。
旅の最終日は、朝食🍽️をいただいてから宿泊施設をチェックアウトします。7日間の雲南アドベンチャーは本日終了。ご自身の旅行計画に従って麗江から出発します。

I’ve done multiple group tours across Asia, and this mini group Yunnan hike is easily one of my favorites. The small group size meant we could stop at hidden viewpoints that bigger buses can’t get to, and our guide shared so many fun facts about local culture that I would have never learned just traveling on my own. I loved getting to wander Xizhou’s old cobblestone streets between hikes, and the pace of the 7-day trip never felt too hectic. I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a mix of adventure and cultural exploration.
This tour is perfect for anyone who loves nature but doesn’t want to do a grueling multi-day trek. All the iconic spots were included, but we also got to experience quiet, off-the-beaten-path areas that made the trip feel special.
The mix of hiking through stunning natural landscapes and exploring ancient towns was exactly what I wanted from this trip. Lijiang’s old town at sunset was one of the most magical moments I’ve had traveling, and the hiking distance each day was just right for a casual adventure.
Every part of this tour was thoughtfully planned and absolutely stunning.
This 7-day Yunnan light hike was the best trip I’ve taken all year.
My consultant Sunny from HelloChinaTrip helped me tweak my booking when I had a last minute date change, and the tour itself exceeded all my expectations. The light hiking was accessible for my 62-year-old mom who came with me, and we got to try so many delicious local Yunnan foods along the way.
I gave this tour 4 stars because we had unexpected heavy rain on our first hiking day outside Dali that cut our trek a little short, which was just bad seasonal luck. Everything else about the itinerary was incredible: Xizhou Ancient Town’s cozy tea houses felt authentic, and the views from our hike near Lijiang’s Jade Dragon Snow Mountain took my breath away. Our guide was super knowledgeable about local Bai and Naxi culture, and the mini group size meant we never felt rushed or wonderful.
I was nervous about going on a group tour alone, but the mini group size made me feel totally comfortable the whole time. Our guide was great at adjusting the pace for everyone in the group, and we got to interact with local villagers in small villages between Dali and Lijiang that weren’t overrun with tourists. The views of the Himalayan foothills on our hike outside Shangri-La were absolutely breathtaking, and I left the trip feeling recharged and already planning my next visit back to Yunnan.
The hiking difficulty was perfect for someone like me who doesn’t do super intense treks. We got to stop and take in the views of Erhai Lake in Dali and the snow-capped mountains outside Lijiang, and every stop felt well-paced.
